International Experience
Learning from people, organisations and cultures around the world.
My work has taken me to more than 40 countries, collaborating with organisations, senior leaders and practitioners across a wide range of industries and cultures. These international experiences have broadened my perspective, deepened my understanding of what drives improvement and reinforced my belief in the universal potential of people.

“Different cultures. Common human potential.”

“Working across countries has reinforced my belief that improvement is ultimately about people. Techniques can travel across borders, but they have to be understood, adapted and owned by the people who use them. Everywhere I have worked I have found the same desire to do a better job, to care for customers and communities, and to build a better future.”
David Hutchins
